Yeah, some people are incredible. I've heard other people complain about receiving hate mail calling them racists por shipping Reylo. That's crazy, because this has nothing to do with colour or anything, this is what the writers decided. In fact, I think it's much more relevant than just the romance or whatever. I think kylo & Rey are going to be the axis of this trilogy, so it makes sense that if she has a romance it will be with him,and the same could be said about him.
In the vision Ray has she sees him twice, once in a place under the rain, where he kills another knight to save her, or so it seems, and the she meets him again,in the snow, both holding their lightsabres. I guess she could see her future, and he appeared twoice in that future. Then Maz Kanata turns up and thells he she already knows that the people she is waiting for will never come bach but that there may be someone else who could. Ray mentions Luke's name but Maz neither denies nor affirms she means Luke. What if she means Kylo? Because Maz says to Rey that her belonging is in the future and not in the past and that the fornce will take her to that future. Rey decides not to take the Luke's sabre, because she is afraid of what it eltails and then runs away, into that green forest and who does she meet there? She meets Kylo.
And Kylo does the most horrible things but when you see his face, or hear his voice, the doesn't appear to be an evil person. I mean it, not because he is attractive, it has nothing to do with this,I'm talking about his demeanor, his expression. He seems a man on a mission,at least he things he is doing the right thing and paying an unbearably high toll in the process. I think his soul is at stake and that's what he doomed when he killed Han,when it was already horribley tainted by his previous evil deeds. But why does he do something he seems to abhor? When he kills Han,his face shows sheer pain. They look at each other with love, not hate. It's as if they shared a mutual understanding and we, as viewers, Ray and Finn have no idea what this is about. There may be something behind that kill and the horrified face Kylo has, horrified and pained, as if the suffering was unbearable.
I may be reading to much into this, but, their body language and facial expressions make me think the scene isn't what it seems, and that only Kylo and ,to some extent Han, know what it is about. Whatever it is,it's killing Kylo and he inmerses in darness without any pleasure or pride, he thinks he has to do that, killing a loved one to condem his soul without a way back, perhaps to be accepted by Sonoke to complete his training. The question is why, what is his aim and his mission, because he knows what this entails:killing all the light in him.
